Each print includes a certificate of authenticity that is signed, and uniquely numbered, designed to be affixed to the back of your frame as a mark of its exclusivity and authenticity.

Frames are crafted from sustainably sourced Tasmanian oak timber and fitted with clear acrylic protective glazing and ready-to-hang hardware.
Available in White, Black, or Natural Oak finishes, each frame showcases the natural beauty of timber. Note that Natural Oak frames may vary slightly in tone, celebrating the character of this organic material. Framing services are offered exclusively within Australia.
All prints are presented with a generous white border, a signature touch that elevates and frames the artwork beautifully on your wall.
If opting to frame your print yourself, please select from these recommended frame sizes based on your chosen print dimension:
• 420 x 584 mm (includes 30 mm white border) — fits an A2 frame
• 594 x 840 mm (includes 40 mm white border) — fits an A1 frame
• 840 x 1188 mm (includes 50 mm white border) — fits an A0 frame
For unframed prints, please handle your artwork with clean hands or cotton gloves to protect the surface and preserve its pristine condition.

Unframed prints are thoughtfully prepared and delivered within 7 business days, while framed prints take up to 21 business days for careful crafting and shipping across Australia.
Shipping Within Australia
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all print and framed orders, dispatched directly from Gold Coast, QLD. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your door.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for unframed prints only, as framed prints are currently offered exclusively within Australia. All international orders are sent from Gold Coast, QLD. Please note, international shipments may incur additional local taxes or import duties, which vary by country and are beyond our control.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for international delivery. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Returns
Each piece is made to order with care just for you, so all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns on fine art prints. However, if your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us promptly at hello@chiaramacchia.com for assistance.
